Purposed of this research is to know about the satisfaction in work and the work of employees in PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung. Moreover, this research studies the effect of satisfaction in work to the work of employees in PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung. Analysis method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method is a method used for describing a real situation of an object in the field, so that a temporary conclusion can be obtained. Meanwhile verification method is a method which gives a proof to test a hypothesis by doing statistic calculation, so that hypothesis can be proved whether it is refused or accepted. Populations of this research are 65 employees of PT. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung. Research method used is survey explanation method. The samples are 40 employees, and they are taken by using Random Sampling Technigue. Data collection for this research is taken by using questioner and interview. Result of this research shows that the satisfaction in work is good, and so do the work of employees is good. The result of correlation analysis of Rank Spearman shows that variable of satisfaction in work effects the work of employees. It is got that the correlation is 0,581. It means that the effect is so sufficiently. For the determination, the value is 33,75%.
