It is important for organization as valuable asset and central role as well as instrument from other human resources. Each activity that implemented by organization or enterprise cannot be saparated from human resources. One effort to manager human resources with implement performance evaluation to be consideration in employees satisfaction. The objectives of this reseach is to know : (1) influence of performance on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. (2) Employees satisfaction on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. (3) the influence of performance apraisal to the employees satisfaction on PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Bandung. Method which is used in this research is method of survey and explanatory research descriptive used to know the role of career development to merease job performance employe labour capacity and veripikative used to test its statistic. Taked responden counted 77 employee with technique of sample the taken is sampling random sample and its analysis method use spearman rank countruetively program of SPSS 14.0 For Windows. Result of this research show that the role career development to increase job performance employee whit contribution is equal to 20.88 % while 79.1 % influence by other factor not search in this research.
