- This research is background overshadow with is not be its his effective is production process which executing of such as planning of overdue raw material so that pursue sale procedure and pursue company's finance in the form of obtained profit, inappropriate material as well as resistance of at ruined production machine so that pursue it the production process executed at PT. Pindad ( Persero) Bandung. This Penelitian done/conducted as a mean to know 1) execution of operational inspection for activity of production process 2) effectiveness of production process produce, and 3) role of operational inspection in increasing the effectiveness production process of at Division Mesin Industri Jasa (Mijas)PT. Pindad ( Persero) Bandung. This research executed by by using method of research deskriftif analyse with quantitative approach, test appliance used at this research is correlation of rank spearman. Data collecting done/conducted with report research, interview, documentation research, kuesioner closed and also the bibliography research. Result of research which the writer obtain;get that is 1). execution of Operational inspection for activity of production process of at Division Mesin Industri Jasa (Mijas) PT.PINDAD (Persero) Bandung , have adequate, 2). Operational inspection have played a part in to improve effectiveness of production process, this can be seen pursuant to result of examination statistic done/conducted by writer, operational inspection have played a part in to improve effectiveness of production process of equal to 45,0% ( Kd) while the rest of equal to 55% having to influenced by other factor.
