- Internet is more develop, especially in communication media, both intern and public. KARTIKA Siliwangi 1 Bandung senior high school represent one of the Senior high school private sector which have wearer information system in the form of usage of peripheral of computer in running activity, but in this case still not yet totally in its use, only in the case of just small like making of letters, reports. Data’s about process of academic student still documentary and archives, so that data processing is not effective and efficient. Is there fore needed by a special application program which is forceps in around information of academic in KARTIKA Siliwangi 1 Bandung is senior high school To peach this main, we do the steps that consist of analysis system level with used approach method of oriented object with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) that visualization with UML (Unified Modeling Language). That Planning impelement academic information system we use PHP language, MySQL for database with software aplication use Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, and grown information system, we use prototype method. The academic information system that computerization based on web made to analyse the problem. According to the examination result. We can concule that academic information system that has been programmed was expected to reach the effectivity level of the work result and the efficiently, and the data that was resulted can be better
