- Based to an analyze who was proceeds at Hotel Intan Purwakarta in the resevaion room procees, searcing empty rom data, input data check out wiches doing by manual procces who make serving process to the guest become to be slow. To solve that problem system imformation plan is needed using structured system plan according to the needed by user, act of planning that doing is choosing software and hardware, system planning and security data planning. The system that propused not vhnged all the task that exit, but only change the way to proceed and searcing data by automatically an the manual process. System development method which used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Collecting data method is used observation, interview, and document study, for database application used Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft AQL Server 2000. The end of this research is aplication which purposed to help management for transtaction, room information and guest data in the right time with automatically.
