- In the implementation of the electric bill making, it’s needed stand meter data from each customer monthly. To implement that case, it have make a processing system and making the electric bill. The running system on PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ South Bandung still do many processing input the stand meter data so hampered to make report. Besides that the stand meter data processing need long time to implement it because data not integration. The research, however it account the customer electric bill who pay a electric claim on time monthly. It purpose to be hoped is making the data processing application and making the bill not only make many document and can easy officials in the stand meter data processing. The research used two methods are the data collection method with observation, interview, library study and the developing software method which use prototype method. Where as the application support use the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and database SQL Server 7.0. The application can easy in job by not do many processing input the stand meter data so make report can faster and in the data entry it can be done by many officials who has listed the name and password in that application, so that in the stand meter data processing it can faster running because data already integration .
