- Good software is the one that has capability of translating daily human language to machine code in digital format, and vice versa. The text to speech engine technology increases the human-computer interaction function. Method been using is spiral method. It’s chosen because the making of software process has stepping action which required perfection from any kind of weaknesses on each step. Active-X component built by procedure and function grouping in programming syntax to implementing text-to-speech technology. The complicated software development using the text to speech engine technology can be replaced by Active-X component, the modular component which can be attach and detach as programmer will, make it simple to use. Active-X component built on a package, on the result that the making software process which complex by developer is now more simple and easier. Calculation programming syntax and sound file is now integrated, which can help developer to build software based on text-to-speech technology with more effective and efficient.
