- As peripatetic consultant company is area by service CV. Bunaken Jaya claimed to give service professional, and in all this company activity doesn't get out of requirement of information which can assist facilitates in its, the work, but there is happened is part of financial administration that is often experiences problem of the record-keeping of training operating expenses of project of and remuneration of employee which manula still, lack of monetary expenditure controller so that there are some resistances felt enough confiscating time between it in the case of record-keeping of financial statement of project, and not its, the quad system security of data that is is supporting. Purpose of this research is to make scheme of Financial administration information system, making of financial statement and makes access right. Methodologies applied is method Deskriptif, by using interview data collecting method ( interview) and observation and applies system development method of model Prototype consisted of by steps that is: identifies requirement of consumer, develops prototype, determines prototype, and usage prototype. And software applied to make the application of this applies Visual Basic 60 and SQL Server 2000 as database storage media . Program which has been able to assist and waters down in doing company's finance data processing process, and with existence of this program making internal issue of financial statement and officer salary report becomes more effective, and optimal security of data process at CV. Bunaken Jaya.
