On the other side, development of computer technology has pushed the happening of change various sciences, either in study and or implementation in field. Therefore, system which there have need to be developed by using the application of special of increase of faction and rank supported by good information. methodologies of software applied on the rise this faction is linear sekuensial method where this method to develop a systematic software and sekuensial is strarting at level and progress of system at all analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. As for auxiliaries in scheme of system applied is with Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram ( DFD), Specification Of Process, Data dictionary. While scheme of basisdata applied is Normalisasi, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Relationship Tables and Struktur File. The application support use the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and database SQL Server 70. The application of this can water down in making work of report as a whole, based on nip, based on period and based on status causing becomes is quicker and easy to in the case of report making, because data have been on file at one particular database and have been done seeking by using filtration method of data
