- Base on Analysis done in Pasundan 1 vacation high school library Bandung that the library service recently is still done manually, one of the process is book borrowed and back process, it still done by listing in the big book. Beside also felt that manual report making is still slow and inefficient. To solve the problem, so it design book borrowed and backed information system by data gathering technique consist of observation technique, interview with library officer. And the database designing step started wih making flow Map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Normalization, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Relation Table, alo used prototype development methode, while tools to apply system are using acces database and Visual Basic language program. The final result from this research is an application that hopefully can simplify and short time in every book borrowed and backed process also simplify in making report so does not happen late of information.
