- These days information technology developments are growing so fast and rapidly. They include all business aspect and institutions, especially Indonesia private institutions. one of private institutions is Balai Pengembangan Perbibitan Ternak Sapi Perah, The technical unit of Dinas Peternakan Propinsi Jawa Barat. In performing its activities, Balai Pengembangan Perbibitan Ternak Sapi Perah requires an information system which can assist staffs to perform data processing of dairy cattle livestock. The system is expected to assist the staffs not only in performing data processing but also in writing monthly report. The Research methods used in this final project are data collecting method, system development method, and system approaching method. The method of data collecting is done through. the interview, observation and literature study. The method of system development used is prototype with the structural approaches as system approaching method. The result of this final project is an application program witch manages data of livestock dairy cattle in Balai Pengembangan Ternak Sapi Perah.
