- Leadership or leadersehip is any contribution towards the realization of the goals groups or parties in fulfilling the objectives to be achieved. Kepemipinan appear in the process where someone directing, guiding, influencing and or control of thoughts, feelings or behavior of others. Leadership at an Islamic institution has a strategic position in an effort to bring Islamic educational institutions in the direction desired by the leader. Both the poor image of Islamic educational institutions is determined by the merits of performance, capacity and image of a leader in managing institutional organization.
