- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji rendahnya partisipan akseptor KB jenis MOP yang ada di Kelurahan Kemiling Permai Kecamatan Kemiling Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 99 narasumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis table persentase satu arah dan analisis tabulasi silang, yang kemudian diinterpretasikan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengertian yang jelas dari data yang diperoleh kemudian disimpulkan sebagai hasil penelitian.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendahnya akseptor KB jenis MOP di kelurahan Kemiling Permai bahwa pengetahuan PUS terkait akseptor KB jenis MOP masih tergolong rendah, PUS menganggap biaya KB mahal terutama KB MOP, banyak istri yang tidak mendukung sang suami melakukan KB jenis MOP, serta takut terjadinya gangguan ereksi setelah melakukan KB jenis MOP. This study aims to determine and assess the low level of acceptors participating in the Men Surgery Method birth control program in Kemiling Permai Village, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique to 99 informants. The data analysis technique uses one-way percentage table analysis technique and cross tabulation analysis, which is then interpreted to get a clear picture of the meaning of the data obtained and then concluded as a result of the study. The results showed the low acceptors of the Men Surgery Method birth control program in the Kemiling Permai district, that the knowledge of couples of childbearing age related to the Men Surgery Method type of family planning acceptors is still low, couples of childbearing age considers the cost of family planning to be expensive especially the Men Surgery Method birth control program, many wives do not support their husbands to do the Men Surgery Method birth control program, and are afraid of erectile disorders after doing the Men Surgery Method birth control program.
