- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemauan dan kemampuan membayar jasa Instalansi Pengolahan Air Limbah Kelurahan Susunan Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat. Data yang digunakan merupakan data cross section. Alat anaalisis yang digunakan adalah regresi yaitu Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai ATP dan WTP lebih tinggi dari yang sebelumnya, tarif yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengelola IPAL yaitu senilai Rp2.000,- per bulan. Sedangkan hasil regresi menujukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan korelasi (negatif) sedang yang signifikan antara Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP). Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) jasa Instalansi Pengolahan Air Limbah Kelurahan Susunan Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat dengan didapat dugaan nilai rata-rata Ability to Pay (ATP) untuk IPAL sebesar Rp33.697,- per bulan, sedangkan nilai rata-rata WTP yang diperoleh sebesar Rp25.469,- perbulan, dengan pembersihan IPAL dilakukan 2 minggu sekali. Kata Kunci: Ability to Pay (ATP), Jasa IPAL, Ordinary Least Square (OLS), dan Willingness to Pay (WTP) ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the willingness and ability to pay for the services of the Waste Water Treatment Plant in the Susunan Baru Village, Tanjung Karang Barat District. The data used is cross section data. The analysis tool used is regression, namely Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed that the value of ATP and WTP was higher than before, the rate set by the management of IPAL was Rp. 2,000 per month. While the regression results show that there is a moderate correlation (negative) correlation between Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP). Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) Wastewater Treatment Installation Services in Susunan Baru Sub-district, Tanjung Karang Barat District with an estimated value of Ability to Pay (ATP) for WWTP of Rp33,697, - per month, whereas the average value of the PAPs obtained is Rp. 25,469, - per month, with WWTP cleaning done every 2 weeks.
