- Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 128 peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri. Kata kunci: kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar. The problem in this research is the low motivation and learning independence of students. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning independence of grade V students of elementary school. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 128 students. Data analysis using the product moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the independent learning of grade V elementary school.
