- Bulan Bhakti Gotong Royong Masyarakat adalah sebuah program pemerintah untuk menjaga partisipasi masyarakat di setiap perencaaan dan pembangunan sebuah daerah, dengan adanya kegiatan BBGRM ini diharapkan masyarakat juga bisa ikut bertanggung jawab akan lingkunganya. Namun kenyataanya di lapangan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah pengetahuan masyarakat Kelurahan Way Halim Permai tentang Bulan Bhakti Gotong Royong Masyarakat dan bagaimanakah bentuk partisipasi masyarakat kelurahan Way Halim Permai dalam kegiatan BBGRM serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi masyarakat Way Halim Permai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini digunakan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan Bulan Bhakti Gotong Royong Masyarakat cukup baik, kebanyakan masyarakat tidak berpatisipasi secara langsung di dalam kegiatan, biasanya mereka hanya memberikan sumbangan dan peralatan. Faktor penghambat masyarakat untuk berpatisipasi adalah jadwal kegiatan yang berbenturan dengan jadwal keseharian masyarakat, sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah disaat masyarakat sudah tau atau merasa kegiatan itu akan berguna bagi kehidupan mereka. Kata Kunci :BBGRM, Gotong Royong, Partisipasi, Masyarakat. The Community Service Month of Community Service is a government program to maintain community participation in every planning and development of an area, with this BBGRM activity it is hoped that the community can also take responsibility for their environment. However, the reality on the ground is not what was expected. The problems discussed in this study are how the community's knowledge of Way Halim Permai Village about the Month of Community Service and Community Service and what is the form of community participation in Way Halim Permai Village in BBGRM activities and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for community participation in Way Halim Permai.. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research was used with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by observing, interviewing and documenting. The results show that the community's knowledge of the Community Service Month activities is quite good, most people do not participate directly in activities, usually they only provide donations and equipment. The inhibiting factor for the community to participate is the schedule of activities that clash with the community's daily schedule, while the supporting factor is when the community already knows or feels that the activity will be useful for their lives.
