- Telah dilakukan kajian reaktivitas kimia senyawa difeniltimah(IV) di-4-aminobenzoat dan trifeniltimah(IV) 4-aminobenzoat menggunakan voltammetri siklik serta uji aktivitas antioksidan senyawa menggunakan metode 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Penentuan konstanta kinetika dari senyawa tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menilai reaktivitasnya melalui nilai konstansta laju reaksi kimia maju (kf). Pengukuran larutan standar difeniltimah(IV) di-4-aminobenzoat dan trifeniltimah(IV) 4-aminobenzoat diamati dengan metode voltammetri siklik pada jendela potensial 700 mV - 1400 mV; variasi laju selusur potensial (ν) dengan interval 100 mV: 100 - 700 mV/s; elektroda kerja emas (Au), elektroda bantu platina (Pt), dan elektroda acuan perak (Ag) untuk mendapatkan nilai konstanta laju reaksi kimia susulan difeniltimah(IV) di-4-aminobenzoat dan trifeniltimah(IV) 4-aminobenzoat pada voltammogram siklik eksperimennya, maka digunakan metode simulasi digital menggunakan software Polar 5.8.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai reaktivitas (slope = kf/ν) difeniltimah(IV) di-4-aminobenzoat (6,481 1/V) lebih besar dari trifeniltimah(IV) 4-aminobenzoat (6,069 1/V). Jenis mekanisme reaksi kimia yang terjadi di sekitar permukaan elektrode kerja mengikuti EqCi. Uji aktivitas antioksidan terhadap senyawa difeniltimah(IV) di-4-aminobenzoat dan trifeniltimah(IV) 4-aminobenzoat menggunakan DPPH menghasilkan nilai IC50 secara berurutan yaitu 5,91 μg/mL dan 12,57 μg/mL. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua senyawa bersifat aktif sebagai antioksidan, namun aktivitas antioksidan kedua senyawa tersebut belum seefektif asam askorbat yang memiliki nilai IC50 0,66 μg/mL. ABSTRACT Chemical reactivity studies of diphenyltin(IV) di-4-aminobenzoate and triphenyltin(IV) 4-aminobenzoate compounds have been carried out using cyclic voltammetry and then test their antioxidant activity using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. Determination of the kinetic constant of the compound can be used to assess its reactivity through a constant value of the rate of the forward chemical reaction (kf). Measurement of the standard solution of diphenyltin(IV) di-4-aminobenzoate and triphenyltin(IV) 4-aminobenzoate at a concentration of 0.8 mM was monitored by the cyclic voltammetry method at conditions of potential window 700 - 1400 mV; variation in the potential scan rate (ν) at intervals of 100 mV: 100 - 700 mV/s; working electrode gold (Au), pseudo comparison electrode platinum (Pt) and reference electrode silver (Ag). To get the constant value of the chemical reaction rate of diphenyltin(IV) di-4-aminobenzoate and triphenyltin(IV) 4-aminobenzoate on the cyclic voltammogram, the digital simulation method was obtained using Polar software 5.8.3. The results showed that the constant value of the rate of the subsequent chemical reaction is a function of the rate of its potential (slope = kf/ν) diphenyltin(IV) di-4-aminobenzoate (6.481 l/V) and triphenyltin(IV) 4-aminobenzoate (6.069 1/V). The type of chemical reaction mechanism that occurs around the surface of the working electrode follows EqCi. The diphenyltin (IV) di-4-aminobenzoate and triphenyltin(IV) 4-aminobenzoate compounds were then tested for antioxidant activity against DPPH and produced IC50 values of 5.91 μg/mL and 12.57 μg/mL. These results indicated that both compounds are active as antioxidant, but the antioxidant activity of both compounds is lower than ascorbic acid which has an IC50 value of 0.66 μg/mL.
