- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk interaksi sosial yang terjalin antara advokat dan klien serta mencari tahu dampak dari interaksi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif.Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa bentuk interaksi sosial yang terjalin antara advokat dan klien adalah kerja sama yang berjenis perjanjian kesepakatan pertukaran jasa. Apabila kerja sama yang terjalin tidak berjalan dengan baik, akan berkembang menjadi konflik. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kerja sama yang baik antara advokat dan kliennya adalah kemungkinan terjalinnnya kerja sama baru dan kerja sama yang berkelanjutan. Namun jika kerja sama tersebut berkembang ke arah konflik, maka dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja sama sebelum kontrak kerja sama berakhir. Kata Kunci :Hubungan Klien dan Advokat, Interaksi Sosial This study aims to determine the form of social interaction that exists between advocates and clients and to find out the impact of these interactions. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. There are two informants in this study with predetermined criteria. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the form of social interaction that exists between advocates and clients is cooperation in the form of service exchange agreements. If the established cooperation does not go well, it will develop into conflict. The impact of good cooperation between lawyers and their clients is the possibility of new and sustainable cooperation. However, if the cooperation develops into a conflict, then the impact will be termination of the cooperation relationship before the cooperation contract ends.
