- Pulau Tegal Mas merupakan pulau yang memiliki potensi pengembangan ekowisata yang tergolong sebagai wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil, dengan infrastruktur yang unik dan menarik. Namun, bangunan-bangunan yang ada di Pulau Tegal Mas belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menyajikan informasi kesesuaian infrastruktur sesuai peraturan yang berlaku dan kesesuaian lahannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis infrastruktur dan kesesuaian lahan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode skoring dengan parameter kesesuaian infrastruktur dan kesesuaian lahan. Hasil analisa didapatkan berdasarkan analisa deskriptif dengan nilai indeks kesesuaian ekowisata infrastruktur 78,63% atau kategori sangat sesuai, analisa indeks kesesuaian lahan 65% atau kategori sangat sesuai dan bangunan infrastruktur yang ada di Pulau Tegal Mas belum sesuai dengan peraturan sempadan pantai. Kata Kunci: Ekowisata, Infrastruktur, Kesesuaian Lahan, Peraturan, Pulau Tegal Mas abstract Tegal Mas Island is an island that has the potential for ecotourism development which is classified as a coastal area and small island, with unique and attractive infrastructure. However, the buildings that exist on the island of Tegal Mas is not in accordance with the rules that apply. Research is serve right information about the suitability of infrastructure in accordance regulations that apply and land suitability. The method that is used is the analysis of the infrastructure and the suitability of land were conducted using the method of scoring with parameters suitability of infrastructure and suitability of land. The results of the the analysis obtained by the analysis descriptive with the value of the index suitability of ecotourism infrastructure 78,63% or category is very appropriate, analysis index suitability of land 65% or category is very appropriateand buildings infrastructure that exist in Pulau Tegal Mas is not accordance with the regulatory borders of beach.
