  • Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program full-day school di SMPIT Daarul ‘Ilmi Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi. Informan yang digunakan yaitu ketua yayasan, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, yayasan, orang tua wali, dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi teknik wawancara, teknik observasi; dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah program full-day school di SMPIT Daarul ‘Ilmi Penerapan full-day school untuk pengembangan cukup baik, penggunaan kurikulum sekolah yang mengintregalkan antara kurikulum Nasional dan kurikulum sekolah serta dipadu dengan kurikulum Pesantren dan Madrasah, dalam proses belajar mengajar guru dituntut untuk menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariasi, seperti game, setting pembelajaran yang berbeda, moving class, dan lain-lain, dalam meningkatkan pengembangan kurikulum, sekolah memacu terus menerus dengan cara melengkapi sarana prasarana, pengaturan penggunaan sarana prasarana, pemantauan serta pembinaan belajar intensif namun tidak bersifat kaku, karena pada dasarnya full-day school dikembangkan untuk mengintregrasikan kurikulum dan intregrasi aktifitas siswa. Kata Kunci: full-day school, sekolah islam terpadu, strategi pembelajaran ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation the full-day school program at SMPIT Daarul 'Ilmi Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The information used is the head of the foundation, the principal, the deputy principal, teachers, students, foundations, parents, guardians, and the school committee. The data techniques used include interview techniques, observation techniques; and documentation techniques. The result of the research is the full-day school program at SMPIT Daarul 'Ilmi. The implementation of full-day school for development is quite good, the use of a curriculum that integrates the national curriculum and the school curriculum and is combined with the Islamic Boarding School and Madrasah curricula, in the teaching and learning process teachers are required to implement the strategy varied learning, such as games, different learning arrangements, mobile classes, etc., in enhancing curriculum development, schools spur continuously by completing infrastructure, regulating the use of infrastructure, monitoring and fostering intensive learning but not rigid. because in fact a full-day school which was developed to integrate the curriculum and the integration of student activities. keywords: full-day school, integrated islamic school, learning strategies
