- Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis, kecerdasan emosional, dan motivasi belajar dalam menyusun skripsi terhadap lama masa studi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2013, 2014, dan 2015 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 255 responden dan sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 72 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan spesifikasi teknik yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menggunakan uji t dan secara simultan menggunakan statistik F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan berpikir kritis, kecerdasan emosional, dan motivasi belajar dalam menyusun skripsi terhadap lama masa studi mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Lampung. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan Fhitung> Ftabel atau 159,619 > 2,74 dengan nilai signifikansi (sig.) < α atau 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Lama Masa Studi, Motivasi Belajar This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of critical thinking ability, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn in preparing thesis on the length of study of students of Economic Education class of 2013, 2014, and 2015 both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto and survey approaches. The population in this study amounted to 255 respondents and the samples obtained amounted to 72 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses non probability sampling with technical specifications namely purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is partially using the t test and simultaneously using the F statistics. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn in preparing thesis on the length of study of students of Economic Education University of Lampung. This result is proved by the acquisition of Fcount > Ftable or 159.619 > 2.74 with a significance value (sig.) < α or 0,000 <0.05.
