  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pengembangan profesionalitas guru di SD Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung yang berfokus pada Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC) pengembangan profesionalitas guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) perencanaan disusun berdasarkan analisis tujuan dan program manajerial, 2) pengorganisasian ditangani oleh seksi pengembangan kurikulum dan mutu SDM, 3) penggerakan/pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mengacu pada panduan pelaksanaan IHT (In House Training), wokshop, seminar, pemantapan rohani, beasiswa S2 dan ujian DP2T, 4) pengawasan dilakukan dengan ujian DP2T, pengadaan raport guru, supervisi oleh kepala sekolah dan dinas pendidikan. Kata kunci : manajemen, pengembangan, profesionalitas guru. The aim of this study is to describe the management of teacher professionalism development at SD Al Kautsar Bandar Lampung, focusing on planning, organizing, actuating and controlling (POAC) the development of teacher professionalism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. In-depth interviews, observation and documentation were used as data collection techniques. The result of the study showed that : 1) planning compiled based on the analysis of objectives and managerial programs, 2) organizing is handled by the curriculum and human resource quality development, 3) actuating is carried out by referring to the guidelines for implementing IHT (In House Training), workshop, seminars, spiritual stabilization, S2 Scholarships and DP2T exam, 4) controlling is carried out by DP2T exam, procurement of teacher report cards, supervision by principals and education offices.
