- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program upsus pajale di Kecamatan Seputih Raman dan mengetahui faktor-faktor keberhasilan dalam Program Upsus Pajale di Kecamatan Seputih Raman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada Januari 2019 dan melibatkan 51 responden petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Metode analisis yamg digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Upsus Pajale sudah berjalan dengan baik, artinya tingkat produktivitas padi tergolong dalam klasifikasi sedang sebesar 4,94 ton/ha. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan nyata dengan pelaksanaan Program Upsus Pajale adalah ahli fungsi, jaringan irigasi dan modal petani sedangkan fragmentasi lahan tidak berhubungan nyata dengan pelaksanaan Program Upsus Pajale. Kata kunci: Faktor-faktor, tingkat produktivitas, program This research studies the implementation of The Upsus Pajale Program and the success factors in The Upsus Pajale Program in The Seputih Raman District. Data collection was conducted in January 2019 with respondents of 51 farmers-. The research method used was a survey method. The analitical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis and rank spearman correlation test. The results showed that the program run well enough and rice produktivity was classified in the medium classification of 4,94 ton/ha. Factors related to the implementation of The Upsus Pajale Program are lans function change, irrigation channel, and farmers capital,while land fragmentation is not related to the implementation of The Upsus Pajale Program.
