- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan, jam kerja, status pekerjaan , pendapatan, jumlah tanggungan dan status kepemilikan rumah yang bekerja di Objek Wisata Bukit Sakura Kelurahan Beringin Raya Kecamatan Kemiling Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya adalah presentase. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) tingkat pendidikan pekerja di Bukit Sakura rat-rata adalah lulusan SMA, (2) jam kerja pekerja di Bukit Sakura rata-rata adalah tinggi, (3) status pekerjaan pekerja di Bukit Sakura rata-rata adalah pekerjaan pokok, (4) tingkat pendapatan pekerja di Bukit Sakura rata-rata diatas UMK Bandar Lampung, (5) jumlah tanggungan pekerja di Bukit Sakura rata-rata adalah rendah, dan (6) status kepemilikan rumah pekerja di Bukit Sakura rata-rata mengontrak. Kata Kunci: Bukit Sakura, Objek Wisata, Tenaga Kerja The purpose of this study was to study the level of education, working hours, employment status, income, number of dependents and the status of home ownership working in Bukit Sakura Tourism Object, Beringin Raya Village, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. The research method used in this research is descriptive. The instruments used were questionnaire and documentation. While the data analysis technique is a percentage. From the results of this study are (1) the level of education of workers in Bukit Sakura on average is the result of high school, (2) working hours of workers in Bukit Sakura on average is high, (3) the status of workers in Bukit Sakura basic work, (4) the average number of workers in Bukit Sakura is above the Bandar Lampung UMK, (5) the lowest average number of dependents of workers in Bukit Sakura, and (6) the status of home ownership of workers in Bukit Sakura.
