- Pada pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Legislatif 2019 terdapat tiga temuan calon anggota legislatif yang melakukan praktik politik uang di Kota Bandar Lampung, yaitu dua kasus terjadi di Kecamatan Tanjung Senang, dan satu kasus terjadi di Kecamatan Panjang. Para pemilih pemula tidak luput dari peredaran praktik politik uang tersebut, hal itu dikarenakan kemampuan persepsi pemilih pemula masih kurang, sehingga mereka cenderung memberikan persepsi negatif serta pendidikan politik yang masih rendah membuat kelompok ini rentan dijadikan sasaran untuk dimobilisasi oleh kepentingan-kepentingan tertentu. Penetilian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh politik uang terhadap perilaku memilih pemilih pemula dan untuk mengetahui perilaku memilih dari para pemilih pemula Kecamatan Tanjung Senang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian campuran dengan tipe sequential explanatory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh politik uang terhadap perilaku memilih pemilih pemula Kecamatan Tanjung Senang di Kota Bandar Lampung pada Pemilu Legislatif 2019 dikatakan sangat rendah. Dimana hanya 2,7% perilaku memilih pemilih pemula yang dipengaruhi oleh politik uang, sisanya 97,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sementara, perilaku memilih pemilih pemula Kecamatan tanjung Senang di Kota Bandar Lampung pada Pemilu Legislatif 2019 cenderung sebagai pemilih rasional. Sebanyak 33% pemilih rasional, 32% pemilih kritis, 17% pemilih tradisional, dan 18% adalah pemilih skeptis. Kata Kunci: Politik Uang, Perilaku Memilih, Pemilih Pemula, Pemilu Legislatif. ABSTRACT In the 2019 Legislative General Election, three legislative candidates were found guilty performing money politics in Bandar Lampung City. Two cases occurred in Tanjung Senang District, and one case occurred in Panjang District. Beginner voters were also the target of such practice for having weak perceptual ability. Most new voters seemed to have negative perceptions and inadequate political education, making them vulnerable to being mobilized for certain interests. This research was conducted to determine the effect of money politics on the voting behavior of new voters in Tanjung Senang Subdistrict in Bandar Lampung City. A mixed method using a sequential explanatory design was employed. The results showed that the effect of money politics on the voting behavior of new voters in Tanjung Senang Subdistrict. Bandar Lampung City in the 2019 Legislative Election was very low. The practice of money politics only affected 2.7% of voters' voting behavior, while the rest 97.3% was affected by other factors. Most of them were rational voters (33%), critical voters (32%), traditional voters (17%), and 18% of them were sceptical voters.
