- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem distribusi, efisiensi, dan ketepatan pendistribusian program Beras Sejahtera (Rastra) dan Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) di Kelurahan Yukum Jaya Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Atribut yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tepat sasaran, tepat jumlah, tepat waktu, tepat mutu yang terdiri dari, warna, aroma , kebersihan beras, dan kondisi telur, tepat harga, dan tepat administrasi. Motede yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang melibatkan 33 orang penerima program Rastra dan 31 orang penerima program BPNT. Tujuan pertama dan kedua dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tujuan ketiga dianalisis menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) sistem distribusi dari Rastra dan BPNT masuk dalam kategori distribusi semi langsung. (2) efisiensi distribusi program Rastra sebesar 0,06 dan pada program BPNT sebesar 0,04 yang berarti bahwa pendistribusian kedua program termasuk efisien. (3) nilai CSI Rastra sebesar 54,36% atau cukup tepat dan BPNT sebesar 68,94% atau tepat. Sementara itu, analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa untuk Rastra atribut yang paling sesuai adalah atribut tepat harga dan BPNT atribut yang paling sesuai adalah tepat jumlah. Kata kunci: BPNT, CSI, efisiensi, ketepatan, Rastra This study aims to determine the distribution system, efficiency, and accuracy of the distribution of Beras Sejahtera (RASTRA) and Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) programs in Yukum Jaya Village, Terbanggi Besar Sub-district, Central Lampung Regency. The attributes used in this study are right on target, right on amount, right on time, right on quality consisting of color, aroma, rice cleanliness, and egg condition, right on price, and right on administration. The study uses survey method involving 33 recipients of Rastra program and 31 recipients of BPNT program. The first and second objective are analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The third objective is analyzed using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The study shows that (1) the distribution system of Rastra and BPNT are included in the semi-direct distribution category. (2) the distribution efficiency of the Rastra program is 0.06 and the BPNT program is 0.04 which means that the distribution of the two programs are efficient. (3) the CSI of Rastra score is 54.36% or quite proper category and BPNT is 68.94% or proper category. Meanwhile, IPA analysis shows that the most suitable attribute of Rastra is the right on price attribute and for BPNT is the right on amount atrribute.
