- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: 1) implementasi dan keberhasilan program KRPL, 2) peranan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam program KRPL, 3) pengaruh peranan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam implementasi program KRPL, 4) pengaruh peranan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam keberhasilan program KRPL, dan 5) strategi pengembangan program KRPL di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Responden yang diteliti berjumlah 74 orang, terdiri dari 62 anggota KWT yang dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dan 12 orang stakeholders yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Implementasi dan keberhasilan program dianalisis secara deskriptif dan hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan uji path analysis. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program KRPL termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan keberhasilan program termasuk dalam kategori cukup berhasil. Peranan anggota KWT, penyuluh pertanian dan modal sosial berada pada klasifikasi tinggi sedangkan peranan pemerintah masuk kategori cukup tinggi. Implementasi program KRPL dipengaruhi oleh peranan anggota KWT, penyuluh pertanian, pemerintah, dan modal sosial, sedangkan keberhasilan program KRPL dipengaruhi oleh peranan anggota KWT, penyuluh pertanian, modal sosial dan implementasi program. Strategi pengembangan program KRPL di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dapat dilakukan dengan strategi agresif yang dilakukan dengan meningkatan kuantitas penanaman dengan memaksimalkan peran kelembagaan, mengoptimalkan fungsi pekarangan untuk meningkatkan jumlah produksi, pemanfaatan posisi tawar KRPL yang tinggi dengan menyediakan produk yang berkualitas untuk memperoleh keuntungan, dan memasarkan produk dengan memanfaatkan seluruh infrastruktur yang ada. Program implementation and success were analyzed descriptively and hypotheses were analyzed using a path analysis test. The results show that the implementation of the KRPL program is included in the high category, while the success of the program included in the category is quite successful. The role of KWT members, farming agents and social capital is high, while the role of the government is quite high. The strategy for developing the KRPL program in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency can be carried out with an aggressive strategy, including increasing the quantity of planting by maximizing the role of the institution, optimizing the function of the yard to increase the amount of production, in a high KRPL bargaining position by providing quality products for profit, and marketing products by utilizing the entire existing infrastructure.
