  • Pos Indonesia berkomitmen untuk melayani pelanggan sepenuh hati, dengan inovasi pelayanan yang memudahkan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya inovasi pada kinerja pelayanan dan mengindikasikan adanya employee voice behavior (EVB) yang baik pada karyawan kantor pos Bandarlampung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh psychological contract breaches (PCB) dan self efficacy (SE) terhadap employee voice behavior (EVB) karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada seluruh karyawan di kantor pos Bandarlampung sebanyak 125 orang. Hasil penelitian tidak mendukung hipotesis pertama yang diajukan yaitu PCB tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap EVB dan mendukung hipotesis kedua yaitu SE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap EVB karyawan kantor pos Bandarlampung. Saran bagi kantor pos Bandarlampung senantiasa memberikan imbalan yang dijanjikan kepada karyawan, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri yang baik agar meningkatkan voice (promotive voice dan prohibitive voice), dan memberikan kesempatan voice (promotive voice dan prohibitive voice) pada karyawan agar berani berpendapat memberikan ide dan mengungkapkan masalah yang muncul di perusahaan. Kata kunci: Psychological Contract Breaches (PCB), Self Efficacy (SE), dan Employee Voice Behavior (EVB). ABSTRACT Pos Indonesia is committed to serving customers wholeheartedly, with service innovations that make it easy. These results indicate an innovation in service performance and indicate a good employee voice behavior (EVB) for Bandarlampung post office employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological contract breaches (PCB) and self-efficacy (SE) on employee employee voice behavior (EVB). The method of collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to all employees at the post office Bandarlampung as many as 125 people. The results of the study do not support the first hypothesis proposed, namely PCB has no negative and significant effect on EVB and supports the second hypothesis, namely SE has a positive and significant effect on the EVB of Bandarlampung post office employees. Suggestions for the Bandarlampung post office to always provide promised rewards to employees, increase good self-confidence in order to increase voices (promotive and prohibitive voices), and provide voice opportunities (promotive and prohibitive voices) for employees to have the courage to give opinions and raise problems that appears at the company.
