  • Fakultas Teknik adalah salah satu fakultas terbaik di Universitas Lampung, dan menjadi pusat penelitian di bidang teknologi. dengan bertambahnya civitas maka akan bertambah juga volume air limbah cair domestik yang di hasilkan, sehingga berpotensi terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan. Kurangnya fasilitas pengolahan air limbah di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung membuat pencemaran air limbah rawan terjadi. Pembuangan air limbah tanpa melalui proses pengolahan terlebih dahulu akan menjadi sebab terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan, yaitu pencemaran pada sumber air bersih, baik air permukaan maupun air tanah. Oleh karena itu perencanaan sistem jaringan air limbah di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung perlu mendapat perhatian yang penting guna menghidari penurunan kualitas air baku akibat pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah debit air limbah cair domestik yang dihasilkan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung dan mendesain sistem jaringan air limbah cair domestik sesuai dengan ketentuan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kapasitas air limbah domestik di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung sebesar 12600 liter/hari atau 0,1447 liter/detik, dan debit puncak 0,2170 liter/detik, ukuran desain bak pengolahan air limbah adalah panjang 6 meter, lebar 1 meter. sistem pengolahan air limbah menggunakan sistem terpusat dengan metode aerob-anaerob. Saluran pembawa air limbah di desain dengan pipa diameter 6 inci / 150 milimeter menggunakan bahan Polyvinil Chloride (PVC) Kata Kunci: Air Limbah domestik, Aerob-anaerob, Bak pengolahan. abstract The Faculty of Engineering is one of the best faculties at the University of Lampung, and is a research center in the field of technology. With the increase in the community, there will also be an increase in the volume of domestic wastewater produced, which has the potential to cause environmental pollution. The lack of wastewater treatment facilities at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung makes wastewater pollution prone to occur. Disposing of wastewater without going through the process of treatment in advance will be the cause of environmental pollution, such as pollution at raw water sources namely clean water, both surface water and ground water. Therefore the planning of the wastewater network system at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung needs to receive important attention in order to avoid a decline in the quality of raw water due to environmental pollution. This study aims to determine the amount of domestic liquid waste water discharge generated from the campus of the Faculty of Engineering of the university of Lampung and design the domestic wastewater network system in accordance with the provisions. Based on the research that has been done, the domestic wastewater capacity obtained at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung is 12600 liters / day or 0.1447 liters / second, and the peak discharge is 0.2170 liters / second and a processing tub design with a length of 6 meters is obtained, 1 meter wide using a centralized treatment system with aerobic-anaerobic method. Wastewater carriers are designed with 6 inch / 150 millimeter diameter pipes using Polyvinil Chloride (PVC) material. Keywords: Domestic Wastewater, Aerob-anaerob, treatment tanks.
