  • Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja siswa berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan komunikasi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen non tes dan tes. Hasil validasi menunjukkan lembar kerja siswa berbasis inkuiri terbimbing materi fluida statis dinyatakan valid isi dengan rata-rata nilai validasi isi materi sebesar 77% dan valid konstruk dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 74%. Lembar kerja siswa berbasis inkuiri terbimbing telah diimplementasikan dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan LKS inkuiri terbimbing dengan persentase keterlaksanaan 87%. Respon positif siswa setelah penggunaan lembar kerja siswa berbasis inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 82 % dengan kriteria sangat baik. Keefektifan LKS yang ditunjukan dengan hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan komunikasi siswa dengan rata-rata n-gain kemampuan berpikir kritis kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,63 dan 0,48 kelas kontrol, hasil uji effect size sebesar 0,37 . Hasil uji rata-rata n-gain kemampuan komunikasi written kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,65 dan 0,52 kelas kontrol, hasil uji effect size sebesar 0, 68. Hasil uji rata-rata n-gain kemampuan komunikasi oral siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,65 dan 0,52 kelas kontrol, hasil uji effect size sebesar 0, 36. Sehingga lembar kerja siswa berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kemampuan komunikasi siswa. The purpose of this study was to develop valid, practical, and effective guided inquiry-based student worksheets to foster high school students' critical thinking and communication skills. This study uses the Borg & Gall development model. The instruments used were non-test and test instruments. The validation results showed that the student worksheet based on guided inquiry, static fluid material was declared valid content with an average content validation value of 77% and construct validity with an average value of 74%. Guided inquiry-based student worksheets have been implemented declared practical based on the implementation of learning using guided inquiry worksheets with a percentage of 87%. The positive response of students after the use of guided inquiry-based student worksheets was 82% with very good criteria. The effectiveness of student worksheets is indicated by the results of tests of critical thinking skills and students' communication skills with an average n-gain of critical thinking skills in the experimental class of 0.63 and 0.48 in the control class, the result of the effect size test is 0.37. The test results of the n-gain mean of written communication skills for the experimental class are 0.65 and 0.52 for the control class, the effect size test results are 0.68. The results of the average n-gain test of students' oral communication skills in the experimental class were 0.65 and 0.52 in the control class, the effect size test results were 0.36. So that the guided inquiry-based student worksheets developed were valid, practical, and effective. to improve students' critical thinking and communication skills.
