- Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Al-Azhar 2 Bandar Lampung. Adapun sub-sub fokus penelitian ini ialah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sebagai pemimpin (Leadership), (Innovator), (Motivator), dan (Entreprenuer). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan pendidik. Teknik Analisa data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan proses penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah menerapkan LIME (Leadership, Innovator, Motivator, Entreprenuer). Sebagai leadership kepala sekolah bertugas mengelola sekolah, mempengaruhi, membimbing dan menggerakkan pendidik. Sebagai innovator kepala sekolah memiliki pola pikir yang kreatif, fleksibel dan berkesinambungan. Sebagai motivator kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh motivasi kepada pendidik. Sebagai entreprenuer kepala sekolah menerima resiko dan memiliki naluri kewirausahan mengelola sumber daya. Kata kunci: kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan, motivator, pembaharu, wirausahaan. The focus of this research is the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education in SD Al-Azhar 2 Bandar Lampung. The sub focus of this research are leadership of principals in improving the quality of education as a leader (Leadership), (Innovator), (Motivator) dan (Entrepreneur). The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research data sources are principals and educators. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the process of drawing conclusions. Research results principals in improving the quality of school education that applies LIME (Leadership, Innovator, Motivator, Entrepreneur). As the principal's leadership is tasked with managing the school, influencing, guiding and mobilizing educators. As an innovator the principal has a creative, flexible and sustainable mindset. As the principal's motivator gives motivational influence to the educator. As the principal's entrepreneur takes risks, and has entrepreneurial instincts, managing resources.
