- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan iuran serta bagimana persepsi yang timbul dari pemanfaaatan kartu BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sekincau Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan iuran yang telah berobat menggunakan kartu BPJS Kesehatan di puskesmas tersebut yang berjumlah 92 responden. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik desktiptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan: (1) penengetahuan masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan iuran tentang BPJS Kesehatan, prosedur pamanfaatan/pelayanan, dan jenis-jenis fasilitas sudah dapat dikatakan baik sebab masyarakat sudah hampir mengetahui hal tersebut walaupun masih ada beberapa fasilitias yang seharusnya didapatkan tetapi masyarakat belum mengetahui walapun begitu tidak menjadi hambatan yang serius dalam pemanfaatan kartu tersebut. (2) persepsi yang ditimbulkan masyarakat miskin penerima bantuan iuran dalam pemanfaatan kartu BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sekincau Kabupaten Lampung Barat positif karena pelayanan yang diberikan termasuk sudah sesuai dengan standar mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Persepsi, dan Masyarakat Miskin Penerima Bantuan Iuran This study aims to determine the extent of the knowledge of the poor recipients of contributions and how perceptions arising from the use of the BPJS Health card in the Sekincau District Health Center, West Lampung Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Respondents in this study were poor beneficiaries who received medical treatment using a Health BPJS card at the puskesmas, which numbered 92 respondents. In addition, this study uses data collection techniques in this study conducted by questionnaire and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study show: (1) the knowledge of the poor beneficiaries of BPJS Health, utilization / service procedures, and types of facilities can be said to be good because the community is almost aware of this even though there are still some facilities that should be obtained but the community has not knowing that even so does not become a serious obstacle in the use of the card. (2) the perceptions arising from the poor recipient of contribution assistance in the utilization of the BPJS Health card at the Puskesmas of Sekincau District, West Lampung Regency are positive because the services provided are already in accordance with the quality standards of health services.
