  • ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan E-LKPD dengan pendekatan Flipped Classroom terintegrasi STEM yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi optik geometri. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Instrumen non tes berupa lembar validasi ahli untuk mengetahui kevalidan E-LKPD yang dikembangkan, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, aktivitas dan angket respon peserta didik untuk mengetahui kepraktisan E-LKPD. Instrumen tes berupa soal keterampilan berpikir kritis untuk mengetahui keeektifan E-LKPD. Hasil validasi menunjukkan E-LKPD dinyatakan valid dengan persentase validasi isi materi sebesar 84% dan validasi konstruk 83,80%. E-LKPD dinyatakan praktis berdasarkan: (1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan persentase 92,29%; (2) aktivitas peserta didik selama kegiatan pembelajaran dengan frekuensi yang paling sering muncul adalah aktivitas memperhatikan penjelasan guru dan melaksanakan setiap langkah dalam E-LKPD dengan persentase 96,88%; (3) kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran dengan persentase 90,91%; (4) respon peserta didik setelah menggunakan E-LKPD dengan persentase sebesar 89,23%. Hasil uji rata-rata N-Gain keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,60 pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji effect size sebesar 1,20 dalam kategori tinggi sehingga E-LKPD dengan pendekatan Flipped Classroom terintegrasi STEM pada materi optik geometri yang dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe E-Worksheet with integrated STEM Flipped Classroom approach that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' critical thinking skills on geometry optics. This research were R&D using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) development model. Non-test instruments in the form of an expert validation sheet to determine the validity of the E-Worksheet that was developed, the observation sheet of the implementation of learning, the ability of teachers to manage learning, activities and student questionnaire responses to determine the practicality of E-Worksheet. The test instrument was a question of critical thinking skills to determine the effectiveness of E-Worksheet. Validation results show E-Worksheet declared valid with a percentage of content validation of 84% and construct validation of 83.80%. E-Worksheet is declared practical based on: (1) the implementation of learning with a percentage of 92.29%; (2) the activities of students during learning activities with the most frequently occurring activities are activities paying attention to teacher explanations and implementing each step in E-Worksheet with a percentage of 96.88%; (3) the ability of teachers to manage learning with a percentage of 90.91%; (4) students' responses after using E-Worksheet with a percentage of 89.23%. The average N-Gain test results of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class were 0.60 in the medium category. The effect size test results were 1.20 in the high category so that E-Worksheet with the STEM integrated STEM integrated approach to the developed optical geometry material was declared effective to improve students' critical thinking skills.
