- Syarmee merupakan salah satu usaha jahit pakaian di Provinsi Lampung. Proses bisnis Syarmee berbasis make-to-order di mana pesanan akan dibuat apabila pelanggan melakukan pesanan. Pendataan proses pesanan masih dilakukan secara manual. Pada proses pencatatan manual dapat menimbulkan permasalahan, contohnya adalah tulisan pada catatan tidak terbaca atau kehilangan catatan yang digunakan dengan begitu proses bisnis pesanan akan terhambat. Alternatif untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah menggunakan Enterprise Resource Plannnig (ERP), akan tetapi dalam penerapan ERP pada suatu bisnis bukanlah hal mudah dikarenakan sistem ERP sendiri terlalu kompleks menjadikan sistem ERP cukup sulit untuk dimengerti mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam proses penerapan. Dikarenakan penerapan sistem ERP yang cukup sulit dengan begitu akan dibuat sistem informasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan serta memudahkan untuk memanajemen proses jahitan, laporan keuangan serta laporan pencapaian penjahit. Kata kunci: Toko Kain, Penjahit, Administrasi Keuangan, ERP ABSTRACT Syarmee is a clothing sewing business in Lampung Province. Syarmee's business process is based on make-to-order where an order will be made when a customer places an order. Documenting the order process is still done manually. The manual recording process can cause problems, for example the writing cannot be read or losing the records, so the order business process will be hampered. An alternative to solve this problem is to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), but the implementation of ERP in a business is not easy because the ERP system itself is too complex that made the ERP system difficult to understand resulting in failure in the implementation process. Due to the implementation of an ERP system that is quite difficult, information systems will be made that meet the needs and make it easier to manage the stitching process, financial reports and reports on the achievement of tailors.
