- Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas V SDN 1 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan perbedaan yang signifikan pada penerapan model quantum teaching terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan non- equivalent control grup design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 52 orang peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel purposive dengan jumlah 52 orang peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan soal tes uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji statistik t-test sparated varians. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada penerapan model quantum teaching terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan kategori “Sedang”. Kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir kritis, matematika, quantum teaching. The problem in this research is the low critical thinking skills of students grade V students elementary school 1 East Metro. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence and differences on the application of the quantum teaching models to the critical thinking skills. This type of research is quasi experimental research. The design used is non-equivalent control group design. The study population was 52 students and use the sample was saturated. Data analysis techniques using a simple regression test and t-test sparated varians. The results showed there was a significant influence and significant differences on the aplication of quantum teaching models on critical thinking skills increase which the criteria of “Medium”.
