- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi, efisiensi, dan struktur biaya usahatani nanas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Data dikumpulkan di Desa Astomulyo, Kecamatan Punggur, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah pada bulan Desember 2019 - Februari 2020. Jumlah responden adalah 63 petani yang dibagi menjadi 58 petani yang merupakan anggota kelompoktani dan sisanya bukan anggota. Mereka dipilih dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan fungsi produksi stokastik frontier dan fungsi biaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani nanas adalah tanah, rasio C / N, unsur N, dan unsur P. Produksi nanas efisien secara teknis dan ekonomis. Biaya terbesar untuk usahatani nanas adalah biaya untuk benih, sewa, dan tenaga kerja. Kata kunci : biaya, efisiensi, nanas, produksi, usahatani This study aims to analyze factors affecting the production, the efficiency, and the cost structure of pineapple farming. The research method used is survey method. The data were collected in Astomulyo Village, Punggur Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency in December 2019 – February 2020. The number of respondents was 63 farmers divided into 58 farmers who were members of the farmer group and the rest were non-member of it. They were chosen by using the simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed by the stochastic frontier production function and cost function. The result shown that the factors affecting the production of pineapple farming were land, C/N ratio, N, and P nutrients. The pineapple production was technically and economically efficient. The large costs on pineapple farming were costs for seed, rent, and labor. Keywords : cost, efficiency, farm, pineapple, production
