  • Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk LKPD berbasis discovery learning yang layak, mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan, kemanfaatan LKPD, dan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan LKPD yang digunakan oleh peserta didik kelas IV SD di Kecamatan Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan pengembangan (R&D) yang merujuk pada teori Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN yang melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 di Kecamatan Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 2 kelas di SDN 2 Perumnas Way Halim dan satu kelas di SDN 1 Jagabaya. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan uji N-gain. Hasil penelitian adalah produk LKPD berbasis discovery learning yang layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi uji ahli materi, ahli desain, ahli bahasa, penilaian teman sejawat dan uji peserta didik di kelompok kecil. Uji efektivitas pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan nilai gain sebesar 0,80 yang berarti LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat efektif dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci : Discovery Learning, Hasil Belajar, LKPD. abstract This study aims to produce a viable discovery learning based LKPD product, describe the attractiveness, convenience, usefulness of LKPD, and find out the effectiveness of using LKPD used by grade IV elementary school students in Way Halim Bandar Lampung District. This study uses a scientific approach and development (R&D) that refers to the Borg & Gall theory. The study population was grade IV SDN students who implemented the 2013 curriculum in Way Halim District Bandar Lampung. The research sample was determined as much as 2 class at SDN 2 Perumnas Way Halim and one class at SDN 1 Jagabaya. Data collection tools using questionnaires and written tests. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptive analysis and N-Gain test. The result of the study are discovery learning based LKPD products that are feasible to use based on the result of the validation of marerial expert tests, design experts, linguists, peer assessments and student tests in small groups. Effectiveness test on cognitive aspects shows a gain value of 0,80 which means that the developed LKPD is very effective in improving student learning achievement.
