  • Masalah penelitian ini pendidik belum mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berpikir kritis. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berpikir kritis yang layak, valid, reliabel, dan mempunyai daya beda serta tingkat kesukaran yang baik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Desain yang digunakan adalah non eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Gugus Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 120 peserta didik kelas V SD Al-Azhar Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar angket dan soal tes, yaitu tes uraian yang terdiri dari 10 butir tes. Winda Jayanti Mandasari Validitas butir dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi model RASCH formula indeks Gregory dan butir tes dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Credit Model 1- Parameter Logistic (1- PL) dengan bantuan program Winsteps. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tes yang dikembangkan secara teoritis berdasarkan penilaian ahli evaluasi, materi dan bahasa sangat baik dengan rata-rata nilai 90,14. Hasil uji empiris menunjukkan bahwa instrumen valid, hal ini berdasarkan perhitungan indeks Gregory sebesar 1 dan reliabilitas butir tes sangat baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 0,577. Adapun hasil uji daya beda dan tingkat kesukaran butir tes yang dianalisis dengan uji RASCH menunjukkan tes yang disusun mempunyai daya beda dan tingkat kesukaran yang baik. Kata Kunci: berpikir kritis, instrumen penilaian, tematik terpadu. abstract The problem of this research is that educators have not yet developed the critical thinking assessment instruments. Therefore, the aim of the research is to develop a critical, valid, reliable, and different critical thinking assessment instrument and a good level of difficulty in the integrated thematic learning of Grade V Elementary School students. This type of research is research and development (research and development). The design used is non-experimental. The population of this research is the fifth grade students of SD Halim Group, Bandar Lampung. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique of 120 students in grade V SD Al-Azhar Way Halim Bandar Lampung. Data was collected through questionnaire sheets and test questions, which are test descriptions consisting of 10 test items. Item validity was analyzed using the RASCH model application Gregory index formula and test items were analyzed using the Partial Credit Model 1- Parameter Logistic (1- PL) approach with the help of the Winsteps program.
