- Masalah penelitian ini adalah regulasi emosi siswa rendah. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan regulasi emosi menggunakan bimbingan kelompok teknik informasi pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Metro tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre- Eksperiment dengan Pretset and Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi emosi. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, diperoleh z_hitunngdengan skor -2,524 < z_tabel= 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitan adalah bimbingan kelompok teknik informasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata kunci : bimbingan dan konseling, regulasi emosi, teknik informasi ABSTRACT USE OF INFORMATION ENGINEERING GUIDELINES TO IMPROVE EMOTIONAL REGULATIONS IN CLASS XI STUDENTS OF STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 2 METRO ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020 By DENNY PUTRA MARSYA The problem with this research is the low emotional regulation of students. The research is to find out the improvement of emotion regulation using the guidance of information engineering groups in class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Metro in the academic year 2019/2020. The method used in this research is Pre-Experiment with Pretset and Posttest Design. Research subjects were 8 students. Data collection techniques using emotional regulation scale. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, obtained z_hitunng with a score of -2.524 <z_table = 1.645 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of the research is the guidance of information engineering groups can be used to improve the emotional regulation of class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Metro 2018/2019 Academic Year.
