- Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini bersifat pre-experimental dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian diperoleh melalui purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 10 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki perilaku bullying yang tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying, terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Tes. Hasil uji wilcoxon ini menunjukkan bahwa Zhitung= -2,812 < Ztabel 0,05 = 1,645. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, kesimpulannya bahwa penggunaan bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. The purpose of this study is to reduce bullying behavior through the group guidance of discussion technique in VIII grade students of JHS 6 Metro in Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is pre-experimental in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were obtained through purposive sampling as many as 10 students of class VIII who have high bullying behavior. Data collection techniques using a bullying behavior questionnaire. The results showed the use of group guidance discussion techniques can reduce bullying behavior, as evidenced by the results of data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results of this wilcoxon-test showed that bahwa Zhitung= -2,812 < Ztabel 0,05 = 1,645. Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, his conclusion that the use of group guidance discussion technique could reduce bullying behavior in VIII grade students of JHS 6 Metro in Academic Year 2019/2020.
