- Partai NasDem sendiri merupakan partai yang cukup baru menarik perhatian ,deklarasi Partai NasDem dilakukan di Hotel Mercure Ancol Jakarta, yang disiarkan langsung oleh MetroTV pada 1 februari 2010. Setelah dinyatakan lolos verifikasi oleh Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Partai NasDem berencana memperkuat basis kehadiran mereka di massa akar rumput, sehingga visi merestorasi Indonesia yang diusung partai ini benar-benar tersampaikan dan dimengerti masyarakat luas. Fenomena yang terjadi hasil dari Pemilu Legislatif 2014 Partai Nasdem berhasil meraih posisi ke-8 dari 12 partai yang mengikuti pemilu legislative di 33 provinsi seluruh Indonesia. Tidak jauh berbeda dengan nasional , di Provinsi Lampung sendiri Partai NasDem merah peringkat ke-5 perolehan kursi terbanyak yaitu sebanyak 8 kursi. Selain itu fenomena yang muncul di Partai NasDem , banyaknya anak muda yang ikut bergabung menjadi anggota dan kader di Partai NasDem. Geliat Partai NasDem begitu menyita perhatian publik karena kekuatannya di tingkat infrastruktur partai yang sudah mencapai 100 persen cabang di tingkat kecamatan di seluruh Indonesia. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik meneliti bagaimana proses kaderisai yang terjadi di tubuh Partai NasDem. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Pola Kaderisasi Politik Partai NasDem DPD Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitain yang diambil oleh penulis yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, dengant iga instrument yaitu, wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Adapun hasil penelitin yang dapat penulis simpulkan adalah proses kaderisasi itu sendiri dibagai dalam dua proses yaitu , kaderisasi formal dan kaderisasi informal, hasil dari kaderisasi ini membagi kader dalam tiga jenjang yaitu kader muda, kader madya dan kader paripurna. Having passed the verification by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the NasDem Party plans to strengthen their presence in the grassroots mass, so that the vision of restoring Indonesia carried by this party is truly conveyed and understood by the wider community. The phenomenon that occurs as a result of the 2014 Legislative Election Nasdem Party won 8th position out of 12 parties who participated in legislative elections in 33 provinces throughout Indonesia. Not much different from the national level, in Lampung Province itself the red NasDem Party ranked 5th in the acquisition of the most seats, namely 8 seats. In addition to the phenomenon that emerged in the NasDem Party, many young people joined to become members and cadres in the NasDem Party. The stretching of the NasDem Party has caught the public's attention because of its strength at the party infrastructure level which has reached 100 percent branches at the sub-district level throughout Indonesia. Therefore, the author is interested in examining how the cadre process occurs in the NasDem Party. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Political Cadre Pattern of the DPD NasDem Party in Bandar Lampung. The research methods taken by the author are descriptive qualitative, with three instruments, namely, interviews, documents, and observations. The results of the research that can be concluded by the writer are the process of regeneration itself divided into two processes, namely, formal regeneration and informal regeneration, the results of this regeneration divide cadres into three levels, namely young cadres, middle cadres and plenary cadres.
