- Pabrik aseton berbahan baku isopropil alkohol, akan didirikan di Cilegon, Banten. Pemilihan lokasi untuk pabrik ini mempertimbangkan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik ini direncanakan dengan kapasitas 20.000 ton/tahun, waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah isopropil alkohol sebanyak 2.721,779 kg/jam. Pabrik ini memiliki unit utilitas untuk memenuhi air, steam, listrik, bahan bakar, dan udara instrumentasi. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line and staff dengan jumlah karyawan 173 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 470.609.372.900 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 88.585.293.772 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 553.658.085.764 Break Even Point (BEP) = 38,77% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 15,81% Pay Out Time before taxes (POT)b = 2,6 Tahun Pay Out Time after taxes (POT)a = 3,09 Tahun Return On Investment before taxes (ROI)b = 23,56% Return On Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 18,85% Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) = 19,32% Berdasarkan beberapa paparan di atas, maka pendirian pabrik aseton ini layak untuk dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan memiliki prospek yang relatif cukup baik. Acetone plant with isopropyl alcohol as raw materials, will be build in Cilegon Banten. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resources, transportation, labors and environmental condition. The plant production capacity is planned 20,000 tons/year, with operating time 24 hours/day and 330 working days in a year. The raw materials used are isopropyl alcohol 2,721.779 kg/hr. The plant has utility unit for supply water, steam, power generation, and instrument air. The bussines entity of this plant is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) and using line and staff structure with 173 labors.
