- The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating child-friendly school in Public Junior High School 4 Metro ls. The method used in this research was qualitative with a phenomenological design. There were 16 informants in this study: the school principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, vice principal for student affairs, vice principal for infrastructure affairs, school committee, three teachers, three parents, three students, security guard, and the canteen. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation ,and document study. The results showed that (1) planning for the implementation of Child Friendly School program was not made in writing but basically all school activities led to the Child Friendly School program, (2) the organization of Friendly School including the division of work was carried out by detailing the tasks so that each individual in the organization, especially the SRA team was responsible for carrying out a limited set of activities. (3) the implementation of the Child Friendly School was carried out as it should direct, foster, lead, supervise and coordinate the implementation of tasks especially in the academic and non-academic fields with committees, parents of students, community leaders, and the wider community. (4) Evaluation of Child Friendly School was carried out by the school principal as the highest education leader in the school. The main supporting factor in the implementation of the Child Friendly School was that the school community strongly supported the existence of child-friendly school, while the main inhibiting factor was the lack of funds devoted to children with special needs. Keywords: Implementation of management functions , child friendly school, children's rights Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sekolah ramah anak di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Metro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi. Terdapat 16 informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana prasarana, komite sekolah, guru (3 orang), orang tua (3 orang), siswa (3 orang) satpam, dan pihak kantin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi teknik wawancara, teknik observasi; dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan implementasi Sekolah Ramah Anak , program-program Sekolah Ramah Anak tidak dibuat secara tertulis tetapi pada dasarnya segala kegiatan sekolah sudah mengarah kepada program Sekolah Ramah Anak, (2) pengorganisasian Sekolah Ramah, pembagian kerja dilakukan dengan cara pemerincian tugas agar setiap individu dalam organisasi khususnya tim SRA bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan sekumpulan kegiatan yang terbatas. (3) pelaksanaan Sekolah Ramah Anak sudah terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya mengarahkan, membina, memimpin, mengawasi serta mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan tugas khususnya di bidang akademik maupun non akademik dengan komite, orang tua peserta didik, tokoh masyarakat, dan masyarakat luas. (4) evaluasi Sekolah Ramah Anak . Evaluasi dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan tertinggi di sekolah, dalam pelaksanaan Sekolah Ramah Anak ditemukan faktor pendukung yaitu masyarakat sekolah yang sangat mendukung adanya sekolah ramah anak dan faktor penghambat yaitu masih kurangnya dana yang dikhususkan untuk para anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus.
