- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh penggunaan sistem pengukuran kinerja non finansial terhadap kepuasaan kerja melalui keadilan organisasional. Penelitian ini menerapkan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui survei di PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII wilayah kerja Provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional tidak memediasi hubungan antara sistem pengukuran kinerja non finansial dan kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) sistem pengukuran kinerja non finansial tidak berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan persepsi kepuasan kerja (2) sistem pengukuran kinerja non finansial tidak berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan persepsi keadilan organisasional (3) persepsi keadilan organisasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persepsi kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Non Finansial, dan Keadilan Organisasional dan Kepuasan Kerja. abstract This study aims to explain the effect of the use of non-financial performance measurement systems on job satisfaction through organizational justice. This research applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through a survey in PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII, the working area of Lampung Province. The results showed that organizational justice did not mediate the relationship between non-financial performance measurement systems and job satisfaction. The results showed that (1) the non-financial performance measurement system did not affect increasing perceptions of job satisfaction (2) the non-financial performance measurement system did not affect increasing the perception of organizational justice (3) the perception of organizational justice had a significant effect on the perception of job satisfaction.
