- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan informal, penerapan model pembelajaran PBL, dan keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap soft skills siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu dengan jumlah sebanyak 114 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 89 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi liniear sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan informal, penerapan model pembelajaran PBL, dan keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap soft skills siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung 12,952 > Ftabel 2,71 dengan kadar determinasi (r2) 0,314 yang berarti Pengembangan Soft Skills dipengaruhi oleh Pendidikan Informal, Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PBL, dan Keaktifan Berorganisasi sebesar 31,4% dan sisanya 68,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Keaktifan Berorganisasi, Pendidikan Informal, Soft Skills, dan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PBL The objectives of this research are to find out the influence of informal education, application of PBL learning models, and organization activities on the students’ soft skills of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu. The research methods used in this study were descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approaches. The population of this research was 114 students of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu and the samples were 89 students. To collect the data, observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation were employed. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result showed that there was an influence of the informal education, application of PBL learning models, and organization activities on the students’ soft skills of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Pringsewu. The data analysis showed that Fcount = 12.952> Ftable 2.71 with the determination coefficient was (r2) of 0.314. It meant that the students’ soft skills was influenced by the Informal Education, Application of PBL Learning Models and Organization Activities of 31,4% and the remaining 68.6% is influenced by other factors that were not investigated in this study.
