ABDUL MOELOEK LAMPUNG PROVINCE By Dian Octaviana Aziza Background: Menstrual disorders are one of the health problems that occur in female workers, which can be caused by the impact of work shifts and work stress. The majority of nurses in RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek (RSUDAM) Lampung Province (44,6%) was consist of female nurses who worked in Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNA). Based on the pre-survey, there were 93% of 30 nurses who had experienced menstrual disorder. This study aimed to analize the relation between duration of work shifts and work stress with menstrual disorders among nurses in IRNA of RSUDAM Lampung Province. Methods: The design of this research was cross sectional with 178 respondents collected by total sampling. The duration of work shifts was obtained by using general data of respondent questionnaire and the nursing staff data of RSUDAM for 2019. The measurement for work stress was conducted by using Survei Diagnosis Stres (SDS-30) questionnaire, while the menstrual disorders were conducted by using menstrual disorder questionnaire. Result: The median duration of work shift nurses who had menstrual disorders is 66 months (p =0,661). The majority of nurses who had menstrual disorders based on six types of stressor had mild stress which consist of role ambiguity (80,3%, p =0,385), role conflict (80,8%, p=0,301), quantitative burden overload (78,9%, p =0,652), qualitative burden overload (81,8%, p =0,261), career development (82,1%, p =0,165), and responbility towards others (81,5%, p=0,389). Conclusion: There is no relation between duration of work shifts and work stress with menstrual disorders among nurses in IRNA of RSUDAM Lampung Province. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG Oleh Dian Octaviana Aziza Latar Belakang: Gangguan menstruasi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada pekerja wanita, hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh dampak shift kerja dan stres kerja. Mayoritas perawat RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeleok (RSUDAM) Provinsi Lampung (44,6%) adalah perawat wanita yang bekerja di Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNA). Hasil pre-survey didapatkan 93% dari 30 orang perawat mengalami gangguan menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan lamanya shift kerja dan stres kerja dengan gangguan menstruasi pada perawat di IRNA RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan total sampling didapatkan 178 responden. Lamanya shift kerja diperoleh dari kuesioner data umum responden dan data tenaga keperawatan RSUDAM tahun 2019 dan stres kerja diukur dengan kuesioner Survei Diagnosis Stres (SDS-30). Gangguan menstruasi diukur dengan kuesioner gangguan menstruasi. Hasil: Lamanya shift perawat yang mengalami gangguan menstruasi rata-rata 66 bulan (p =0,661). Mayoritas perawat dengan tingkat stres ringan pada enam jenis stressor kerja mengalami gangguan menstruasi diantaranya ambiguitas peran (80,3%, p =0,385), konflik peran (80,8%, p =0,301), beban kuantitatif berlebih (78,9%, p =0,652), beban kualitatif berlebih (81,8%, p =0,261), pengembangan karir (82,1%, p =0,165), dan tanggungjawab terhadap orang lain (81,5%, p =0,389). Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan shift kerja dan stres kerja dengan gangguan menstruasi pada perawat di IRNA RSUDAM Provinsi Lampung.
