- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah sektor kesehatan, pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan dan PDRB perkatipa terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan gambaran dari pengeluaran pemerintah dan pengaruhnya terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia dengan berdasarkan pada data kuantitatif yang ada. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder periode 2012 – 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Pengeluaran pemerintah sektor kesehatan, Pengeluaran pemerintah sektor pendidikan, dan PDRB per kapita berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung. Kata Kunci: Fixed Effect Model, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, PDRB Per kapita, Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Kesehatan, dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Pendidikan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of health sector government expenditure, education sector government expenditure and GDP per year on the Regency / City human development index in Lampung Province. In this study to explain the picture of government spending and its effect on the human development index based on existing quantitative data. The type of data used is secondary data from 2012-2016. The method used in this study is a fixed effect regression model. The results showed that government health sector expenditure, education sector government expenditure, and GDP per capita had a positive and significant effect on the district / city human development index in Lampung Province.
