- Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan LKPD terintegrasi STEM dengan pendekatan Flipped Classroom untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang memuat lima tahap penelitian yang meliputi analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Pada tahap implementasi sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Airnaningan Kabupaten Tanggamus, sampel diambil secara cluster random sampling yaitu peserta didik kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Setelah dilakukan tahap validasi isi dan konstruk yang dilakukan oleh ahli, diperoleh rata-rata 85,45% dan dinyatakan valid. Selanjutnya kepraktisan produk yang ditunjukkan melalui respon pendidik, calon pendidik dan peserta didik dengan ini rata-rata kemenarikan 85,30% dan keterbacaan 86,69%. Sedangkan efektivitas keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang Endah Normayanti iii diperoleh dari penilaian diri ditunjukkan dengan rerata skor keterampilan kolaborasi dari penilaian pertama dan penilaian kedua dengan nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol dengan nilai effect size 0,58 dalam kategori sedang. Rerata skor keterampilan komunikasi dari penilaian pertama dan penilaian kedua dengan nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol dengan nilai effect size 1,42 dalam kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD terintegrasi STEM dengan pendekatan Flipped Classroom efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik. This study used research and development method containing five stages of research namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the implementation stage of the study sample consisted students of 11 th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Airnaningan, Tanggamus District, samples were taken by cluster random sampling, namely students of class XI IPA 1 as the control class and XI IPA 2 as the experimental class. After the content and construct validation phase carried out by experts, an average of 85.45% was obtained and declared valid. Furthermore, the practicality of the product shown through the response of educators, educators and students candidate had average of 85.30% attractiveness and 86.69% readability. While the effectiveness of communication and collaboration skills obtained from self-assessment was indicated by the Endah Normayanti v average score of collaboration skills from the first assessment and the second assessment with the N-Gain value of the experimental class was greater than the control class with an effect size value of 0.58 in the medium category. The mean score of communication skills from the first assessment and second assessment with the N-Gain value of the experimental class was greater than the control class with the effect size 1.42 in the high category. It can be concluded that STEM integrated LKPD with flipped classroom approach was effective to improve students' collaboration and communication skills.
