- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas program tanggung jawab sosial PT Pertamina Refinery Unit III serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat efektifitas Program Bank Sampah Patratura melalui pendekatan tujuan. Lokasi penelitian berada di empat kelurahan di wilayah Ring I yakni Kelurahan Talang Putri, Kelurahan Mariana, Desa Sungai Rebo dan Desa Sungai Gerong, Sumatera Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 orang perwakilan pihak perusahaan dan 4 orang perwakilan pengelola bank sampah Patratura. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi,studi pustaka, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif. Validitas data menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Pada penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa program bank sampah Patratura telah berjalan efektif dilihat dari pencapaian tujuan, yaitu pemahaman dan kesadaran masyrakat tentang pentingnya pemilahan sampah, nilai ekonomi sampah serta memperoleh tambahan penghasilan dari menabung sampah tersebut dengan tingkat keterlibatan masyrakat yang tinggi sehingga program memberdayakan masyarakat terpenuhi. Kata Kunci: Efektifitas, Corporate Social Responsibility, Bank Sampah Patratura abstract The purpose of this research was to analyze the effectiveness of the PT Pertamina Refinery Unit III social responsibility program and describe the supporting factors and inhibit factors the effectiveness of the Garbage Bank of Patraturathrough the objective approach. The study sites were in four subdistricts in the Ring I region, namely Talang Putri Village, Mariana Village, Sungai Rebo Village and Sungai Gerong Village, Sumatra Selatan. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 2 representatives from the company and 4 representatives from the manager of the Garbage Bank of Patratura . Data collection techniques using the method of observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model analysis. The validity of the data uses the source triangulation method. In this study, it can be seen that the Patratura garbage bank program has been running effectively seen from the achievement of objectives, namely the understanding and awareness of the community about the importance of waste segregation, the economic value of waste and obtaining additional income from saving the waste with a high level of community involvement so that the program empowers the community to be fulfilled.
