- This study aims to determine the effect of the factors that influence the underpricing at the time of IPO for all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 to 2017. The sample of this study was obtained using the Purposive Sampling method. Based on existing criteria, there are 70 companies that were examined in this study. Hypothesis testing is performed using multiple linear regression tests that were previously performed with each variable and classic assumption test first. The results of the study indicate that of the five research variables obtained variables that have a significant effect, namely the Reputation of Underwriters, as well as other variables that have no significant effect, namely, Audit Committee variables, Media Coverage, Board of Commissioners Size and Profotability.
